Step 1
String on 4 beads and tie into a circle.

step 2
Each new set will borrow beads from the last worked. These will be called borrowed beads.
String on 3 beads and pass through the borrowed of the last set and through 2 of the 3 just added.

step 3- Working the first row
Repeat step 2 working in the opposite direction and exiting through the bead that will become the borrowed bead for the next set.
Continue working steps 2 and 3 for the length of your project, creating sets until you have the length desired.

step 4
With your thread exiting the borrowed bead of the last set worked, string on 3 beads.

step 5
Pass through borrowed beads of the this set and the set of the last row. String on 2 beads and pass through 3 beads of the 4 beads set exiting at the next borrowed bead.

step 6
String on 2 beads and pass through the beads added to exit through the next borrowed bead.
Work consecutive rows in the same fashion.
